Hard to believe we are already in the middle of February and looking at spring on the horizon. I know I am looking forward to the coming warm weather and longer days here on the East Coast.
Last month, I had the honor of appearing as a guest on the Keyed In podcast. The podcast, hosted by top real estate agents Brent Jackson and Max Rabin, is a weekly inside look into the real estate business in the Washington, DC metro area. During my appearance, I was asked a variety of questions about my approach to coaching, my work with agents and teams, and about my never-ending rallying cry of hustle, grit, and leaning into the hard work of treating your “business” like a business. Lauren Davis, one of the regular guest co-hosts of the podcast, is a client of mine – and we also touched on the value of returning to a coach for a second or third time, and what all successful agents and teams have in common.
Here’s what the Keyed In podcast had to say about the episode (including some very kind words about me):
“On today’s episode we welcome back our regular guest co-host Lauren Davis. Along with Max and Brent, Lauren dives into the world of real estate coaching with guest Michael DeSantis, a seasoned senior-level executive business coach. Join us as we explore Michael’s extensive experience advising and coaching a diverse range of professionals, from CEOs to entrepreneurs. Michael has represented many of the top brokerages in the DMV as well as scores of top producing agents and teams as they look to grow, merge, business plan and rationalize their business operations and their marketing strategies. Discover how Michael has played a pivotal role in the business careers of many inside and outside of real estate.”
What a great conversation. I hope you’ll give it a listen.
As always, let me know if you have any thoughts – I’d love to hear them.
Best,
Michael
